Texture: Floury Tasting, dry and mealy
A lovely variety producing large crops of enormous tubers with an excellent flavour. Ideal for roasting and baking. Has good resistance to slugs and stores really well. Has brown, russet skin and bright white flesh.
Chit: 6 weeks: Plant: Mid April or earlier as benefits from being in the ground for as long as possible. Harvest: 20 weeks plus.
