Texture: Floury Tasting.
Excellent for mashing, roasting, chipping and boiling. Produces round , evenly sized tubers with pretty pink skins that keep their colour when cooked. A good hardy variety that does well in the north, with the extra of benefit of being blight resistant. An all round superb variety.
