Texture: Floury tasting.
Probably the most popular red skinned variety, producing heavy, reliable crops of large, yellow fleshed tubers. Well known as a great variety for roasting, chipping, baking or mashing. Can be harvested as an early maincrop or left longer for larger tubers. Has good disease resistance.
Chit: 6 weeks. Plant: Mid April. Harvest: 15 -22 weeks.
